TALES OF INCREDIBLE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE IN INDONESIA FROM A FILIPINA LOUISIAN'S PERSPECTIVE

Problem-Solving at
SMAN 1 Kendari
In such an unfamiliar classroom environment in a foreign country, challenges were inevitable, so I employed a proactive approach to problem-solving. When issues arose, I remained adaptable and flexible. My first step was to identify the root cause of the problem. Whether it was a student struggling with a concept or disruptions in the classroom, understanding the underlying issues was paramount. I adopted a collaborative approach, involving students in finding solutions to issues that impacted the class. Additionally, I maintained a strong rapport with my mentors and the school administration, seeking advice and guidance when needed. This approach not only resolved challenges but also fostered a culture of continuous improvement in my teaching practice.
